Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the CODEXA Solution website collects, why, and how we protect it. Last updated 9 October 2026.
Data we collect
Through the contact form: your name, company name and work email and, if you provide them, phone or WhatsApp number, job title, type of operation, solution of interest and message. To prevent abuse, the server also records the submission time, page language and a one-way hash of the IP address; the raw IP address is not stored.
Why we use it
The data is used only to follow up your request: to contact you, schedule a discussion and demo, and prepare a relevant proposal. It is not sold and not used for advertising.
Basis for processing
The consent you give by ticking the consent box when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Storage and security
The data is stored in the Cloudflare database service used by this website, transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and accessible only to authorised CODEXA staff.
Retention
The data is kept for as long as needed to follow up your request and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not load third-party analytics services.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Send the request through the contact form and write "Personal data request" in the message. Personal data is handled with reference to Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
